On June 8, 2026, at approximately 0713 hours, I, Officer Ja’Cameron Spence, responded to the area of 1st Avenue SW and 4th Street SW in reference to an indecent exposure complaint.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] advised that she observed Sanders with her dress pulled up while bent over, exposing her buttocks.

While speaking with Sanders, she appeared to be under the influence. Her speech was slurred, and she was unable to make any understandable statements.

I instructed Sanders to return to her residence, and she stated, “I will.” Sanders then walked into the roadway. I gave Sanders multiple verbal commands to get out of the roadway, but she failed to comply. Other officers on scene also instructed Sanders to exit the roadway, and she again failed to comply.

Sanders was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Sanders was transported to the Cairo Police Department. Officers were unable to complete the booking process at the police department due to Sanders continuously removed all of her clothing.

Sanders was subsequently transported to the Grady County Detention Center, where she was turned over to jail staff without further incident.
