Corrective Actions: The reporting agreement was provided in English and Chinese. Employees signed the employee health reporting agreement. //
Violation #4:
2-2D: .07(3)(b)No paper towels provided at the handwashing sink in the back kitchen. // Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels,; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Violation #5:
3-1A: .04(2)(a)Multiple containers of flavorings and teas found where the source could not be determined as a approved. // Food shall be obtained from sources that comply with law. (P)

Corrective Actions: Milk and heavy cream discarded. Yogurt and condensed milk relocated to bottom section of cooler. //

Food service permit suspended due to .05(7)(a)1 – Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) marked out of compliance on four consecutive inspections. On-site education provided. Food service permit reinstated.
If facility makes a U on the follow up inspection or the next routine inspection, then the food service permit may be suspended.
A follow up inspection will be performed between today and September 24, 2026.
An additional routine will be performed within 1 year.
