On 7/3/2026, I was on patrol in my marked patrol vehicle with “LAWRENCEVILLE POLICE” markings on both sides and the rear of my patrol vehicle. My patrol vehicle is also equipped with emergency lights, red and blue in color, and an audible siren. I was in the uniform of the day. I conducted a traffic stop on Buford Drive and Harris Drive at 0903 hours.

I stopped a Honda Odessey (GA tag: [REDACTED]) for having affixed material on the front windshield. Mr. Robinson was driving the vehicle. Mr. Robinson stated that he did not have a driver’s license. Mr. Robinson handed me his Michigan ID card.

I ran Mr. Robinson’s ID card on NCIC and his driver’s license returned as revoked from Michigan.

I secured Mr. Robinson with handcuffs with his arms handcuffed behind his back. The handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked to ensure that they would not tighten further. Mr. Robinson was clear of any weapons and contraband prior to transporting him. I secured Mr. Robinson with the seatbelt of my patrol vehicle. The back seat of my patrol vehicle was clear of any weapons or contraband prior to and after transporting Mr. Robinson. Mr. Robinson was placed under arrest for driving with a revoked license and for having affixed material on the front windshield. (Citation #E26010402 and E26010403).

Mrs. [REDACTED] (Mr. Robinson’s wife) arrived and took custody of the vehicle.

I transported Mr. Robinson to the Gwinnett County Jail
