On November 13 2025, I, Officer Swinehart was advised by [WITNESS #1] who works at Cantrell’s Towing company stated Anthony Dale Burdge can be seen on the camera in the parking lot of Towing company pulling down his pants and defecating in the parking lot.

I advised [WITNESS #1] I need to see the video at which point he was able to provide it. The video shows Burdge sitting on the ground in the parking lot then pulls down his pants exposing himself defecating in the parking lot.

[WITNESS #1] was advised a report would be done on the matter.
