On the day of 10/21/2025 I responded to a physical domestic in progress. I arrived on scene and spoke with Clayton Allen Harned, Clayton stated him and his girlfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were arguing and he tried to use her phone because his was out of minutes. Clayton stated they were just arguing and nothing physical took place.
I spoke with witness [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated I was standing at a dialysis machine and saw the boy in black pants with a hat on walking from the back of the parking lot towards the female in the car, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was raising his hands, looking mad. I walked over to the clinics window to observe, saw him reach into the car and snatch something from the female and throw it in the parking.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the male then went and grabbed it with the female stepping out of the car and looked distressed. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the male then walked to the driver side where the female was sitting and leaned in and it looked like he was yelling at her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the male then jumped into the passenger seat and then reached over and put his hands on her arm like he was trying to hurt her, I yelled and ran out the door towards the car with my coworker [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the clinical manager [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. When I ran out the door, I heard her yelling give me back my keys. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] signaled for me to call 911. The boy sat in the passenger seat until the police showed up. ([REDACTED BY AGENCY] Witness Statement)
I spoke with witness [REDACTED BY AGENCY]; [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is an employee of the dialysis facility. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated a situation was brought to her attention that a vehicle was parked next to her car. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she went to the window to look, I noticed that a boy and girl were having an altercation in the vehicle. I saw him Lunge inside the vehicle and grab her, so I grabbed a male employee and went outside to notify them that this is private property. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and I walked towards the car and the male in the car started breaking her phone and keys while yelling at her.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she asked them what was going on and she said she had an appointment. I asked what kind of appointment to figure where they were supposed to be and she replied “ultrasound”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she asked the other nurse that followed them out to call 911 on our way to the parking lot so I didn’t tell them they were in the wrong location.
I asked the girl if she was ok as she was standing in the driver door, he was sitting on passenger side and she didn’t verbally respond, but looked terrified. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated her and the other employee stood at the car until 911 arrived, during the time the male tried to tell her that they were in the wrong place but she didn’t get back in the car. Police arrived without further incident.
I spoke with victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated her and boyfriend Clayton Harned have been fighting. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they started arguing about being late to the doctor’s appointment for an ultrasound. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Clayton became mad and started calling her names, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she pulled into the parking lot and parked and clayton grabbed her keys, throwing her keys in the parking lot then going to get her keys he threw and walked them over to the storm drain, threating to drop them inside the storm drain.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Clayton came back to the car and asked to use her phone because his phone didn’t have minutes on it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she told Clayton she was going to call the police if he didn’t get her keys, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at that time Clayton took her keys again and broke the key ring, throwing her keys inside the car. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she went to call 911 and Clayton grabbed the phone from her hand, twisting her finger back and prying the phone from her hand. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at that time police showed up. ([REDACTED BY AGENCY] refused to write a statement)
I then placed Clayton Harned under arrest from the following;
