[NARRATIVE #1 on February 12, 2026]

On the 12th day of February 2026, I, D/S Holcomb responded to [5100 BLOCK] S St Hwy 197 to a domestic call. I responded as a back up officer well after the initial units due to other calls for service.

Upon my arrival D/S Askey stated he was handling the call and asked for me to transport the young offender, Tristan Hunsucker to the Habersham County Sheriff’s office. He has already been placed into cuffs. I walked him to the rear seat of my patrol vehicle where he was seat belted in. I transported him to the Sheriffs office where he was turned over to detention staff without incident. The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was checked prior to and after transporting Tristan revealing no contraband.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 12, 2026]

On 02/12/2026 I, Deputy Askey Badge 137 responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] due to a domestic that was physical in nature. Dispatched advised Father-n-Law and Husband had beaten her Father. Dispatch also advised subjects were under the influence of something.

Upon arrival there was a white female standing in the driveway of the residence [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and an older white male sitting in the front yard. I was informed the two other males involved in the incident where still inside of the residence.

Female was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the male in the yard was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had a red mark on her forehead and bloodied lip, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] face was covered in blood appeared to be swollen. A tooth was also located in the front yard that belonged to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Due to the CAD comments of her Father being beaten and the visible injuries, it appeared as such.

The other two parties involved in the incident were still inside of the residence upon my arrival. I attempted to speak with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about what occurred, but he appeared to be incoherent. Officer Safety was a concern due to the two suspects still being inside of the residence. Officer Simmons with the Clarkesville Police Department arrived on scene as a back up unit.

The other males involved in the incident walked outside of the residence and approached my patrol vehicle. Both subjects were identified as, Tristan Hunsucker [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Jamie Hunsucker [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Tristan had a blood on his toe and lip. Jamie’s right hand was bloody as well, appeared to have busted his knuckles.

When speaking with Tristan it was a little difficult to understand him, unknown if it was narcotics or mental issue. Jamie stated he did strike [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and then kept striking him. Tristan attempted to explain what happened, from what I could gather [REDACTED BY AGENCY] walked towards Tristan in an aggressive manner. According to the witness statement form (Tristan) “[REDACTED BY AGENCY] got cocky puffed his chest out came at me we went outside he hit me I hit him back,”

From what I could gather from Jamie, it appeared that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started the fight and struck his son (Tristan) in doing so Jamie began to assault [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Jamie was aware that he struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and admitted to keep striking [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] received significant injury to his face.

Jamie also completed a statement form about what occurred, “[REDACTED BY AGENCY] Im tired of this sh*t and came at Tristan pushed him we all walked outside I stayed with everybody then [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came at me and I defended myself after he pushed me.

EMS responded to the scene as well and tended to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I was informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was being transported to Northeast GA Medical Center (Gainesville) due to the trauma to his face and head. I was not able to obtain a written or verbal statement from [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. However, Deputy Jenkins and myself spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she appeared to be sober and explained what occurred.

From what I could gather from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she and Tristan were in a verbal dispute. At some point during the argument according to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Tristan made a statement that he would beat her dads a*s [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to tell her Father to go outside in which he did.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Tristan then came outside along with Jamie. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she attempted to call 911 on her tablet, in doing so Tristan interfered by throwing the tablet. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had red mark on her head and visible blood on her lip as well. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] believes that happened when she was defending her Father.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was able to fill a witness statement form out as well about the incident. “My father in law and husband and me were in my bedroom my father in law was complaining about water on his bed we all started yelling and then my husband said he would beat my dads a*s. They run in the living room, my dad stands up to them and I tell him to go outside and Im calling the police. My dad goes outside and my husband runs out the backdoor to confront my dad more. I get my ipad to call 911. I go tell my husband Im on the phone with 911. He tosses the Ipad in the grass.”

Statements from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] continued: “father in law and husband were outside yelling at my dad, I was pushing my husband away when I looked over my father in law was on top of my husband hitting my dad over and over in the face. I jumped on top of my father in law and my husband was trying to get me off. I put my leg in between my father in laws fist and my dads face to stop him.”

From what I could understand and gather of the incident, Tristan made a threat to beat [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a*s, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attempted protect her Father, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stood up when approached, all went outside. Physical incident occurred. Jamie stated he was pushed by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] however, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] received serious injuries to his face and Jamie stated he kept hitting [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

According to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] statements appeared she used her body as a human shield to protect her Father. Due to the injury [REDACTED BY AGENCY] received Jamie was placed under arrest for aggravated battery. (tooth knocked out, possible internal injuries).

Due to Tristan grabbing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as she was trying to protect her Father he was placed under arrest for Simple Battery. Tristan was also charged with interference with a 911 call, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attempted to call 911 on her tablet and Tristan tossed it (Statements).

Third party subject was also on scene during the incident, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. According to her statement, She saw Tristan walk outside to confront [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in which she took a juvenile back into the residence. The juvenile was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] daughter of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Tristan.

All parties reside in the same household making the incident a family violence matter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] moved in with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] due to his house recently burning down. Due to the acts of violence and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] being present a DFCS referral was also completed.

Prior to Tristan and Jamie being transported to the Habersham County Jail, EMS checked their injuries. CID was notified as well due to the extent of injuries to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. EMS advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had damage around his eye as well. Deputy Jenkins was able to take pictures of the subjects involved and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] tooth that was in the front yard. Pictures were forwarded to records to be attached to the report. Witness statement forms were also turned into records at the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy Jenkins and Deputy Holcomb transported Jamie and Tristan to the Habersham County jail without incident. Warrants were obtained at a later time for Jamie and Tristan Hunsucker. See Deputy Jenkins report for further detail regarding the incident.

[NARRATIVE #3 on February 12, 2026]

Dispatch on February 12, 2026, I, deputy Jenkins, responded to [5100 BLOCK] Highway 197S in reference to a physical domestic.

Upon my arrival, I observed two white males standing in front of deputy Askey’s patrol car identified as Tristan Hunsucker, and Jamie Hunsucker. As well as a female and an older male identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] standing to the side of deputy Askey’s car in the grass I approached Deputy Askey’s car to ask what he needed and he asked if I could go get [REDACTED BY AGENCY] side of the story.

When speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she stated that Tristan was her husband, and Jamie was her father-in-law. She stated Tristan had an argument inside the residence, which had escalated to the point of Tristan, threatening to beat her father [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a*s. She stated that after saying this, Tristan went into the living room where [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was and approached him in a threatening manner. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stood up, fearing that he was about to be attacked and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got in between them and made her father go out the front door and go outside to get away from Tristan.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she followed her father outside, but Tristan had went through the back door to confront [REDACTED BY AGENCY] again. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went on to say that while outside Tristan and Jamie had both gone outside and were confronting her father.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] again attempted to get in between Tristan and her father and was attempting to dial 911 on her iPad. She told Tristan that she was on the phone with 911 and he grabbed the iPad and tossed it into the grass. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that she was trying to push Tristan away from her father in order to protect her father, but when she turned around and looked, Jamie was on top of her father, hitting him repeatedly in the head with a closed fist.

At this point, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she got on top of Jamie attempting to pull him off of her father and Tristan grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and pulled her off of Jamie. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that during all of this, her friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who was in the house with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had called 911 from her phone.

While Habersham EMS was tending to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] injuries [REDACTED BY AGENCY] tooth was located in front of him laying in the grass. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she would mind filling out a witness statement as she stated that she didn’t mind and would fill one out.

I then approached Jamie and Tristan while they were filling out their witness statements and while EMS was tending to Jamie’s injuries. Jamie appeared to have multiple lacerations to the knuckles on his right hand. While being tended to, I overheard Jamie say “I’m not sure what I cut my hand on, I think I hit his tooth.” At this point I went inside to speak with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she had seen or heard anything, and she stated that she heard the start of the altercation, but then had taken [REDACTED BY AGENCY] daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] back inside away from the fight. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had heard or seen any of it and she stated that she did not know. I was then approached by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had made comments saying “they were on top of you mommy” indicating tha she had seen some portion of the fight.

When the decision was made that Tristan and Jamie were to be arrested, I placed Jamie in cuffs, check for fit and double locked, and placed him in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. I then transported Jamie to the Habersham County detention center, where he was turned over to jail staff without incident.
