On June 26, 2026 at approximately 21:25 hours I, Officer WIlliamson arrived at Baldwin Court Apartments in reference to two males possibly fighting in the parking lot.

Upon arrival I spoke with Officer Campbell who was on scene before my arrival. Ofc. Campbell advised that two males having issues was [REDACTED] [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Kasey George. Ofc. Campbell advised that Kasey came out of his apartment holding a bottle of alcohol and walked to the sidewalk where [REDACTED] was standing with his wife and two other female residents. Ofc Campbell then advised that Kasey drank all of the alcohol in the bottle in front of [REDACTED], his wife and the other two female residents and threw the bottle down. (Empty bottle on the ground in front of building [REDACTED].)

Ofc. Campbell then advised he was told Kasey walked toward [REDACTED] saying inappropriate language toward the women, [REDACTED] said that was enough of the inappropriate comments and language because there were women and children outside and he didn’t want Kasey talking like that in front of them. Ofc. Campbell advised that Kasey did not like what [REDACTED] said and walked toward [REDACTED] and said he would fight him. The women stood between [REDACTED] and Kasey to keep them from fighting.

I placed Kasey under arrest for disorderly conduct and public drunkeness. I transported Kasey to Habersham County Jail and released him to detention.
