On May 17th 2026 at approximately 2331hrs I, Sgt. Limones was dispatched and responded code three to [100 BLOCK] Sierra Vista Circle, Apt [REDACTED], Cornelia, GA, in reference to a fight, caller said that they could hear a ton of people screaming, they saw a bunch of people running out of the building.

Upon arrival I was met by a latino male later identified as Lisandro Luques Aponte I observed Lisandro and could tell he was intoxicated, staggering steps, slurred words, the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage emanated from his person, and the watery eyes. Lisandro was wearing gray sweat pants and no shirt outside the apartment and shook my hand upon approaching, I am familiar with Lisandro from a prior domestic calls over at [100 BLOCK] Sierra Vista Circle, Apt [REDACTED], Cornelia, GA. I instructed (in Spanish) Lisandro to sit on the steps of the apartment, Lisandro said that these people are crazy and to take them all repeatedly.

I walked towards the apartment door and was met by another latin male later identified as Yoberto Colina Jimenez, I instructed him (in Spanish) to also step to the front of the apartment at which time he said I am trying to get my box, Yoberto walked towards the front of the apartment, I observed Yoberto’s face what I saw was blood running down the bridge of his nose and scratches along his forehead. As Yoberto was walking towards the front Lisandro was attempting to come back to the apartment and Yoberto stopped him.

Due to the amount of people I observed I requested another unit via dispatch to aid. I instructed Yoberto and Lisandro to have a seat again, since they were both inebriated it was hard for them to comply, Yoberto sat down while Lisandro failed to comply. Lisandro said to the other two males that were standing in front of the apartment, “esto no se acabo ahorita” which translates to this has not finished yet.

I was attempting to get Lisandro to comply with my instructions when we lunged towards the two males standing outside the apartment. Using both my right and left hands I intercepted Lisandro and redirected him towards the ground in order to maintain positive control, I placed his hands behind his back and I applied handcuffs checking for proper fit and double lock. I aided Lisandro to his feet and escorted him to my patrol vehicle where I had placed him in the right rear seat. At this time Lisandro was being detained until I was able to acquire more information about the incident.

I returned to the apartment to speak to the other two males standing at the doorway, they were later identified as [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]; brothers. [VICTIM #1] was on the telephone speaking to someone, I observed that the front door and frame were damaged along with the entrance to the apartment appeared to have some kind of struggle, the entry way floor was wet and items appeared to be thrown around.

I asked what happened and [VICTIM #1] said that they had to much to drink and they had a disagreement at which time Lisandro and Yoberto began to fight. I asked who lived at the apartment and [VICTIM #2] said that he and [VICTIM #1] live at this apartment. I asked [VICTIM #1] who he was on the phone with and he said 911, I asked him why if I was present, I asked him to hang up. Dispatch advised me that they had received another call spanish speaking which was [VICTIM #1], I advised dispatch that I was attempting to get him to hang up and that all the individuals present are intoxicated.

[VICTIM #1] said that they got into a disagreement over a female later identified as [VICTIM #3], [VICTIM #1] said there is a limit, I asked who damaged the door and frame, [VICTIM #1] said they did trying to get to [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. I asked if Lisandro and Yoberto live with them and [VICTIM #1] said no they live at another apartment. I walked towards the front of the apartment and realized Yoberto had left the scene, I asked Officer Rich to attempt to locate the where abouts of Yoberto, I gave Officer Rich a brief description of Yoberto and attempted to go find him.

[VICTIM #1] said that one of the males (Lisandro) wanted to dance with [VICTIM #3], but [VICTIM #3] was not interested and [VICTIM #1] told him to calm down. [VICTIM #1] told Lisandro lets bring down the testosterone, [VICTIM #1] said that bot Yoberto and Lisandro where both wanting to dance with the [VICTIM #3] which scared her. [VICTIM #1] said the altercation ensued from that point, both Lisandro and Yoberto began to fight with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] explained that him and his brother [VICTIM #2] both live at the residence and that [VICTIM #3] lives at another apartment, I asked where did [VICTIM #3] go and [VICTIM #1] said that during the altercation [VICTIM #3] got scared and left.

At this time I gave a brief description to dispatch of Yoberto to provide to the county units that were approaching to assist. I asked [VICTIM #1] if they knew where Yoberto lived but they could not provide a definitive answer. [VICTIM #1] when on to explain the altercation, he explained they know each other from Fieldale. [VICTIM #1] continued to explain that he was attempting to get Lisandro to calm down that [VICTIM #3] does not want to dance with him and Lisandro responded that [VICTIM #3] is a “pu*a” (a b*tch or a wh*re), [VICTIM #1] said he was again trying to get him to calm down that they were there to enjoy themselves, but Lisandro persisted to call [VICTIM #3] vulgar names and insults.

I asked [VICTIM #1] if he wanted to press charges he replied yes. I observed the swelling of [VICTIM #1]’s nose and the blood on his face that ran to his mouth. [VICTIM #2] had obvious injures to the side of his head and jaw where I could see he was struck. I asked Lisandro if he knew where Yoberto lives, he said that Yoberto lives at [100 BLOCK] Sierra Vista bottom floor but could not tell me which apartment. I asked Officer Rich if he could walk over there and attempt to knock on some doors in attempts to locate Yoberto. I asked [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] if the wanted to be evaluated by EMS and they both denied medical treatment.

[VICTIM #3] returned to the scene and I asked her what occurred, she said that they were at [VICTIM #1]’s apartment and Lisandro began insulting her calling her vulgar names then Lisandro asked [VICTIM #3] to perform oral sex on him, [VICTIM #3] said that Lisandro wanted to hit her and that it is when [VICTIM #1] intervened and told to calm down.

Yoberto then reached out and grabbed her left hand and told [VICTIM #3] to hit Lisandro for talking to her like that and that it is when she pulled her hand back and said she was not going to do that. [VICTIM #1] got in the middle and was trying to get [VICTIM #3] out of the apartment and that is when Lisandro got crazy and Yoberto got up and struck [VICTIM #1] in the face with a closed fist in the nose and a fight ensued, [VICTIM #3] said that Lisandro was attempting to get a knife from the kitchen and was stopped by [VICTIM #2] and Yoberto.

[VICTIM #3] said that it was Yoberto and Lisandro striking [VICTIM #1] at the same time then [VICTIM #2] got involved attempting to defend his brother. [VICTIM #3] said that she got Yoberto and Lisandro outside and closed the door. [VICTIM #3] said that Lisandro was in such a rage that he was attempting to break the door down to get to [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #3] said that Lisandro was hitting the door so hard that he gained access destroying the door and frame.

[VICTIM #3] expressed to me that she is scared of Lisandro he had threatened her and they work at the same place (Fieldale) and they see each other often, [VICTIM #3] said that she knows that he beats his wife. Yoberto left his suit case with all his barber equipment behind, I confiscated it and searched it’s contents to see if there was any personal information inside to better identify Yoberto but yielded negative results.

I spoke to Lisandro asking if he could tell me where Yoberto lived he said he could take me there but he didn’t want me to reveal to Yoberto that he told me. While en route to where Yoberto allegedly lives Yoberto’s girlfriend came out halfway and I asked her for his information which she was limited on. She could not tell me his complete name nor his date of birth, which I found to be evasive. She went on to explain that they recently moved to Sierra Vista and they were a new relationship (seven months).

I asked her to call him but she said that Yoberto does not answer the phone, she did provide me his phone number. She said that he ran because he is probably scared. She allowed us to go to her apartment and search to see if Yoberto was there, Officer Rich went to [100 BLOCK] Sierra Vista Apt [REDACTED] but yielded negative results. Officer Rich transported Lisandro to the Habersham Detention center.

At approximately 0226hrs I returned to [100 BLOCK] Sierra Vista, Apt [REDACTED] in attempts to locate Yoberto. I knocked on the door and I identified myself, Yoberto’s girlfriend answered the door I asked if he had returned which she said yes. Yoberto said that he is a barber and he did not hit anyone. He then changed what he was saying and said that all he was trying to do was separate the fight. I explained to him that he appeared to be too banged up to just have been separating the fight.

Yoberto said the argument had to do with [VICTIM #3], Yoberto said that he got in the middle to protect [VICTIM #3], Yoberto said that if they are disrespecting you to [VICTIM #3] then you need to smack Lisandro because he needs to respect you. In speaking to Yoberto, [VICTIM #3] arrived to the apartment and began telling her version of what occurred again, all her details remained the same from when she first told me. [VICTIM #3] did show me marks from the altercation on her left arm.

After speaking with [VICTIM #3] outside the apartment I returned to speak to Yoberto I explained that he would be coming with me and his charges. I instructed Yoberto to stand up and place his hands behind his back I applied handcuffs checking for proper fit and double lock. Yoberto was searched incident to arrest; negative contraband.

I escorted Yoberto to my patrol vehicle and placed him in the right rear seat applying a seat belt across his lap for safety. I then transported Yoberto to the Habersham Detention Center where he was turned over to the jail staff without further incident. I conducted a inspection for the rear seat and surrounding areas of my patrol vehicle; negative contraband.

Lisandro was charged with Battery X’s 2, Criminal Damage to property, Terroristic Threats, and Disorderly Conduct. Yoberto was charged with Battery X’s 2, and Obstruction. Warrants were signed by Judge Thomas.
