On 09/17/2025 I, Deputy Askey with the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office responded to the City of Baldwin’s City Hall due to an employee needing to make a report. Dispatch advised the suspect had posted revenge porn on a website of the victim.

Upon arrival I met with the victim. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that her ex, Miguel Gonzalez-Lopez [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sent her a text (screen shot) of a website with her picture on it. (Xvideos.com) [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was clothed in the picture, and she did not clink on the link to watch the video. Message was sent from a number of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. On the screen shot it appears to be the act of oral sex involving [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Miguel has taken photos of her in the past and the picture that was sent to her (screen shot) was a sexual incident. The screen shot was sent on 09/17/2025 around 11:42 am hours. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she and Miguel were together for about 12 years and separated back in March of 2025. On 09/12/2025 [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Miguel sent her a text making threats to share explicit photos of her. On 09/12/2025 Miguel texted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] making threats to post explict pictures/vidoes of her.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was informed to email the text messages in order to attach to the case. I informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] any video or photo that is explicit in nature to place on a flash drive in order to turn over to CID. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was provided a case number along with a county email address. Statement form was also obtained and turned into records at the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.
