On 10/4/2025 at 1443 hours, I, Deputy Townsend was dispatched and responded code three to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Cornelia, GA in reference to a physical domestic.

Upon arrival, I spoke to the female involved identified as Paige Jean Seabolt Coley (Offender/Arrestee/PA), who stated that she and her boyfriend, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], live together in a tent behind the single wide mobile home her family resides in. Paige said that she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got into a verbal altercation because he does not pull his weight in doing chores and getting a job. Paige stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started throwing things around inside the tent.

Paige claimed that she carries a knife and pepper spray on her for protection and when she was trying to leave the tent [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would not allow her to leave so she pulled her knife and pepper spray out and threatened to use it if he did not let her go. Paige explained that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] grabbed the knife from her and she is not sure if he injured himself or not, but that she left the tent at that time to call law enforcement.

Paige stated that he has beat on her before and this is an ongoing issue. Paige did have a few red marks on her chest that appeared to be caused by someone scratching her chest. It is unknown how she obtained those marks because she was unaware of them until she was asked how she got them. She did not complain of injury.

There were numerous people on scene that reside at the address. I was able to make contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] inside the residence and he was sitting on a table in the kitchen while, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was cleaning and attempting to dress the knife wound on top of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] right hand. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was very fearful and was crying.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that they were arguing and Paige started to throw things at him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that they have been together for a long time and when Paige gets angry he just agrees to disagree so they can get past the argument. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated there have been many times in the past where they have argued and it has gotten physical. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not want to complete a witness statement due to fear that Paige would be mad at him.

I observed a cut to the top of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] right hand, which could have used stitches if he chose to go to the doctor or hospital. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also showed me a hole in his left pant leg and then pulled the pants up to reveal a long scratch.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] how that injury occurred and he said that while he was laying on the bed inside the tent Paige stated she wanted to move the tent to a shady spot on the property. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that the tent is completely full of items and it would have taken all day to clear the items out and move the tent. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he told Paige he did not feel like moving the stuff today and she became angry and accused [REDACTED BY AGENCY] of mooching off of her and her family.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Paige told him to get out of the tent and then she grabbed his knife off the table or microwave and while screaming at him to get out started stabbing at him and stabbing the mattress. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the knife came so close to stabbing him in the leg that it cut a hole in his pants and the blade scratched his leg. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised he was pleading with Paige to stop and to calm down, but she kept screaming at him to get out while throwing items in the tent and trying to stab him with the knife cutting the top of his right hand.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she used the butt of the knife to hit him in the back of the head causing a knot to form and his head to hurt. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was on the floor of the tent when Paige grabbed him by his long hair and physically drug him out of the tent and threw his cell phone out into the yard. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Paige’s family came outside while he was still inside the tent trying to get away from Paige and they tried to intervene and get her to stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated when he was out of the tent he noticed his hand bleeding and he asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she had any peroxide to clean the wound. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] took him inside the residence to attend to his injuries.

When I spoke to the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], she stated that she was awoken by Paige screaming at the top of her lungs at [REDACTED BY AGENCY], “You’re nothing, get out, I hate you” and then she heard Paige start beating on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she heard [REDACTED BY AGENCY] scream for Paige to please stop while he was crying and Paige did not stop assaulting him.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she ran and informed her mother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], of the situation. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised they all ran outside to try to intervene and stop the assault. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that when she got outside the tent door flap was open and Paige had [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pinned to the floor. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she watched Paige throw the knife she was holding behind the tv that was sitting at the end of the bed in an attempt to hide it from them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said “Baby, stop, calm down”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Paige made the statement, “I don’t give a sh*t, let them watch”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] heard Paige state to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], “If you don’t leave I’m gonna drag your a*s out”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said, “I’m trying”.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Paige started counting to five while she was holding him on the ground. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that Paige then grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] by his hair and pulled him out while kicking him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she then called E-911 to have law enforcement enroute. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] completed a witness statement.

When I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she said that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came and got her and asked her if she could hear Paige and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arguing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came out of her room and said that she heard Paige screaming at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to get out or “I’ll kill you”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she went outside and heard [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asking Paige to “please stop”.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained she saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pinned to the ground while Paige was throwing stuff and hitting [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was crying and Paige kept yelling at him to get out. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Paige started counting from five and when she reached one she grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] by the hair and started yanking him and drug him through the wooden side table and air conditioner that was laying on the ground in front of the tent door, which appeared to have been thrown out of the tent.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said after Paige drug [REDACTED BY AGENCY] out of the tent he stayed on the ground. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she attempted to get Paige to calm down when Paige said she could call the cops on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told Paige that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was already calling E-911. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked for peroxide and she took him inside the house to clean his wound. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that Paige should not be “laying her hands on him”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was scared that they would believe her over him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that they all heard and saw what Paige did. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] completed a witness statement.

I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], He stated he went outside with everyone else and observed Paige throwing things and hitting [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Paige pulled [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hair while yelling at him to leave. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he heard [REDACTED BY AGENCY] begging Paige to stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he witnessed Paige drag [REDACTED BY AGENCY] through the table knocking everything off of it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] completed a witness statement.

I then spoke to Paige’s mother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated that she walked to the rear of the residence because she heard Paige screaming. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was laying on the floor of the tent while Paige was throwing things telling [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to leave. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked her multiple times to please stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she asked them to calm down. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she noticed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hand bleeding and they attempted to help him while waiting on law enforcement.

While I was talking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she informed me that the last time Paige and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got into a physical altercation she had to get in between them and physically take a knife away from Paige to keep her from stabbing or cutting [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she believes Paige has multiple personality disorder but called it BPD, which is initials for Bipolar disorder. They said that she is not diagnosed with it, but they believe she has it.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that Paige behaves and gets angry just as her father did. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in front of me that Paige always calls him a narcissist and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him that Paige is the narcissist because she blames [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for making her physically assault him.

I placed Paige under arrest. I placed her in handcuffs behind her back, checking for proper fit before double locking them. I searched her incident to arrest with no contraband located. I secured her in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle with a seat belt before transporting her to the Habersham County Detention Center where she was turned over to jail staff without incident. A check of the rear seat of my patrol vehicle before and after transport revealed no contraband. I have taken warrants out against Paige Jean Seabolt Coley for Aggravated Battery (warrant#25MW-1380F) FVA, Aggravated Assault FVA (warrant #25MW-1381F), and two counts of Battery FVA (warrant #25MW1379M and warrant #25MW1382M).

I was unable to locate the knife while on scene. I was able to locate a cell phone laying in the grass away from the tent and returned it to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
