Note: Dumpster area inspected, no violations observed.
If a food service establishment is graded as a “U” and does not earn at least a grade “C”
within ten days of receiving the “U”, it may be requested to voluntarily close until all violations
are corrected or have its food service permit suspended or revoked according to subsection (1)(b)
of this Rule.
2. A food service establishment that is graded as a “U” on two consecutive routine
inspections will be asked to voluntarily close until all violations are corrected and/or have
enforcement action taken to suspend or revoke the food service permit pursuant to subsection
(1)(b) of this Rule.
