Hart County (January 18, 2023) – Hart County Sheriff Mike Cleveland reports that on Tuesday, January 17, GBI Agents and Hart County Investigators conducted a search warrant at 665 Ridge Road in Hart County. Recovered was a Trafficking amount of Marijuana as well as cash and a handgun.
On Wednesday, January 18, a search warrant was conducted at another location associated with the same individual. This resulted in an additional Trafficking amount of Marijuana, cash and another weapon. Over 40 pounds of High-quality Marijuana was seized, two (2) semi-automatic weapons and over $11,000 in cash as well as a “Jail Break Hell Cat” Dodge Charger with a value of approximately $100,000.
Arrested was Diamond Alilse Scott, age 21. Her charges are Trafficking Marijuana – Felony; Tampering w/Evidence – misdemeanor; Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a crime-Felony; Possession Marijuana w/intent to distribute-Felony.
Arrested was Bryson De’Mone Jordan, Jr, age 25. His charges are Trafficking Marijuana – Felony; Tampering w/Evidence-misdemeanor; Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a crime-Felony; Possession of a Firearm by Corivicted Felon; Possession Marijuana w/intent to distribute-Felony
