Observed multiple containers of TCS/RTE foods (American Cheese, White American Cheese, Shredded American) stored inside the walk-in cooler with no date marking to indicate the date of preparation or the date of disposal. New Violation.

Observed (mozzarella cheese, whip cream, and almond milk) held past the disposal date. PIC discarded all products held past the disposal date. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
