Dragon 168 Chinese Restaurant, located at 1750 Powder Springs Road South West Suite 240, in Marietta, received a score of 75 points out of a possible 100 points during their 02/16/2023 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Inspector Notes: Observed shelled eggs store above lo mien noodles in walk in cooler. Observed shelled eggs in top prep cooler behind ready to eat food. C/A- Food must be stored based on minimum cooking temperature, with highest cooking temperature being stored at the bottom and RTF at the top. COS- PIC placed raw eggs in front of ready to eat foods in prep top. PIC moved eggs below ready to eat food in walk in cooler.

Inspector Notes: Observed two trays of cooked chicken wings cooling on counter top cooked around 12:00pm, Tray #1 @ 12:43 was 114F and @ 1:40 90F, Tray #2 @ 12:43 was 111F and @ 1:40 96F. Observed lo mein cooling in walk in cooler covered at 43F at 1:00 and 43F at 2:00. C/A- Cooked time/temperature control for safety food shall be cooled:(i) Within 2 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 70°F (21°C); and (ii) Within a total of 6 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 41°F (5°C) or less. COS- PIC placed wings in walk in cooler.

Inspector Notes: Observed heavy grease build up on the side of units such as fryers, grill, prep unit, and hand sink. Observed food debris on shelving and bottom of reach in cooler and prep unit. C/A-Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Inspector Notes: Observed baby roaches near hand sink, bathroom, back door, and table top near steam well. C/A- The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under subsections (6)(e), (6)(m), and (6)(n) of this Rule; 4. Eliminating harborage conditions.

Facility has a shed out back with additional dry storage area and freezer.
