Observed in cooler containers of food (ground beef, raw lamb, raw ground turkey) stored uncovered. Advised to keep covered between uses. New Violation.

Observed establishment with par cooked chicken wings with no pre-approved procedure for non continuous cooking of raw animal products. COS-chicken was discarded. Observed on menu that eggs for brunch can be served raw or undercooked with no consumer advisory and asterisk by food item that is being disclosed. Advised to update menu in establishment. New Violation.

Observed walls in kitchen with excessive debris and mold like substance on walls near dish machine area. Advised to clean walls New Violation.

Observed several missing ceiling tiles in the kitchen, back door propped open and side door with visible at bottom when door is closed. Advised to seal all opening and keep doors closed when not in use. New Violation.
