Grazing Here DBA Graze and Co in Peachtree City receives a 43% on their recent health inspection

Grazing Here DBA Graze and Co, located at 2850 54 HWY in Peachtree City, received a score of 43 points out of a possible 100 points during their 10/27/2025 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

CA: It is the responsibility of the person-in-charge to address and prevent violations as they occur to ensure that no imminent health hazards or public health safety issues arise.

CA: Food shall be stored at least 6 inches off of the floor and in a manner that protects food from contamination.

Inspector Notes: Observed that service windows were left open and that back door was left propped open by engaging the lock on the door. COS. Closed. CA: Exterior openings shall be self-closing and tight-fitting other otherwise protected to prevent pest entry.

Additional remarks:
Due to the facility receiving an unsatisfactory score, the facility shall receive a reinspection within the next 10 business days. The department requests that a risk control plan be conducted with the facility to discuss long term compliance. Contact the inspector to schedule this.

As the food from the unit had to be discarded due to temperature and contamination violations, the unit voluntarily discontinued service and left before the report was finished. Report emailed to the person-in-charge.
