Inspector Notes: Observed employee counting money taking payment, finished transaction, used hand sanitizer and put new gloves on. C/A-food employees must wash their hands after switching tasks. Employee was asked to wash their hands by EHS before prepping next persons food but employee refused stating hand sanitizer kills germs too and continued prepping new order.

Remarks
EHS observed ServSafe of Stephanie Calckum posted, when asked employee is Stephanie still worked at facility employee responded, ” I dont know whp they are.” EHS was ignored when questions were asked to employee, Employee said his name was Q.
EHS will be back for follow up on 2/3/23. Left business card and written report with Employee.
