Los Chiles Bar and Grill, located at 1821 Rice Avenue in Dublin, received a score of 61 points out of a possible 100 points during their 03/08/2023 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Inspector Notes: Observed a waitress lick her finger after getting cheese dip off of bowl and proceeded to serve customers. A food employee may not use a utensil more than once to taste food that is to be sold or served. Employees shall only have food and drinks in designated areas away from all food prep areas. COS- Discussed protocol with PIC and employees about consuming food and serving to the public.

Inspector Notes: TCS foods (RTE meats, raw meats, salsas, eggs, etc.) being cold held in walk in cooler was temped above 41 deg F. Ambient temp of walk in cooler was 48 deg F. The thermometer on the outside showed approx. 45 deg F. All TCS foods being cold held shall maintain 41 deg F or below. COS- All TCS foods were discarded during inspection. CA- Walk in cooler is getting fixed on 3/9/23.

Part of the cooking process COS- Chicken had finished thawing and food employee wanted to put the chicken in walk in cooler, but the walk in cooler was out. PIC put ice on chicken to get the chicken to 41 deg F.
