Inspector Notes: Observed potentially hazardous food (eggs, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit (44F-56F). Time/temperature control for safety food must be cold held at 41F or below. COS – Entire reach-in cooler was at 46F, so all the potentially hazardous food was discarded at time of inspection.
