NCG Cinema, located at 1825 Rockbridge Rd SW in Stone Mountain, received a score of 67 points out of a possible 100 points during their 09/16/2022 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

Violation #1
1-2A: .03(2)(a)-(l), (n)Todays inspection unsatisfactory multiple risk factors are in violation. Person-in charge must preform required duties in food code
Violation #2
1-2B: .03(3)(c)Certfied food saftey certification expired(servsafe) A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment (Pf)
Violation #3
2-1B: .03(5)(c)Observed employee ringing in orders then immediatley began prepping/ making food orders. Employees must wash hands and exposed portions of arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service articles, and: 1) after touching exposed body parts; 2) after using the restroom; 3) after coughing, sneezing, using tobacco, eating, or drinking; 4) after handling soiled equipment or utensils; 5) during food preparation, as often as needed to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination when changing tasks; 6) before putting on gloves; 7) after engaging in other activities that contaminate hands; 8) a second time when entering the kitchen from using the restroom. 2-2A: Facility unable to provide in a verfiable mannaer that employees are aware of their respsonsibility to report food borne illnesses. Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Violation #5
2-2D: .07(3)(a)Facility does not have handsoap in kitchen nor restrooms. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. (Pf)
Violation #6
2-2D: .07(3)(b)No papertowels at handsink. Papertowels provided. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel, or a hand drying device. (Pf)
Violation #7
4-1A: .04(4)(c)1(i)(ii)(iii)(v) (vi)(vii)(viii)Observed popcorn butter stored in chemical bottles labeled concession cleaner. Butter discarded. Chemical bottles may not be used for food storgae.
Violation #8
8-2B: .07(6)(l)Facility using residential pesticides in facility( Raid and Home Defense). Facility must follow manufactureres recommendations.
Violation #9
18: .07(5)(l)Dead rocahes observed in cabinets. Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. (C)
Violation #10
18: .07(5)(k)Observed several fruit flies and live roaches crawling in facility. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; (C) 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; (C) 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under subsections (6)(e), (6)(m), and (6)(n) of this Rule; (Pf) and 4. Eliminating harborage conditions.(C)
