An additional routine inspection will be performed by January 19, 2024. A routine inspection is due by June 30, 2023.
A follow up inspection will be performed at anytime during hours of operation by January 30, 2023. Correct remaining uncorrected items or the food service permit may be suspended.
Mixer and other items not in use must be removed from establishment by January 30, 2023. PIC was in the process of removing items from restaurant.
Container of peeled onions on the floor relocated off of the floor. One container of uncovered lettuce was discarded.
Items on make table on temperature control today. Sprouts only item on time as a control for food safety for today.
