Additional remarks:
Facility states that they were closed for, “a long time” and that they still have cleaning and organizing to do; states they reopened ~2 weeks ago; states that finsihing cleaning and getting everything up to code was not finished prior to opening.
Only one refrigeration unit is turned on; there is a freezing running. All other equipment is off or non-operational.
Due to the facility receiving an unsatisfactory score, the facility shall receive a reinspection within the next 10 business days. The department requests that a risk control plan be conducted to discuss long term compliance.
