Written procedures and plans, where specified by this Chapter and as developed by the food service establishment, are maintained and implemented as required. The PIC must ensure all employees have read and signed the employee health policies.

Inspector Notes: Observed an employee quickly wash hands and immediately put on gloves without properly drying hands. Employees should rinse under water, wash vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds with soap, rinse hands and dry hands with an approved drying method like paper towels or air dryer. Educate staff on proper hand washing procedures.

Inspector Notes: Only one person on staff had a signed health policy. All employees must have their employee health policies on file to review when asked by the health authority. All employees must read and sign the employee health policies immediately.

Inspector Notes: Observed no hand drying provisions at one hand sink and a broken paper towel dispenser at another. All handwashing sinks must be supplied with an approved method of hand drying. Replace hand towels and fix machine.

Inspector Notes: Observed no inspection report posted in window of drive thru. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. Place new inspection report in window.
