Prima Restaurant, located at 3500 N Decatur Road, Suite 112 & 112A in Scottdale, received a score of 66 points out of a possible 100 points during their 10/18/2024 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

Inspector Notes: Observed employees without properly washing hands after change of task, change of gloves and entering into the kitchen. CA: CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and When switching between working with raw food and working with ready-to-eat food. And after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. COS: Hands were properly washed.

COS: Paper towel was provided to both sinks.

COS: Raw meat was removed and store below ready to eat food.

Inspector Notes: Observed dead roaches around the kitchen area. CA: Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests.

Additional remarks:
Observed employee health agreement form and fecal/vomit clean up procedure/approved chemical.
Discussed the following with person in charge: Make sure the bathroom doors are always closed. Make sure cardboard are removed from the westlake reach in cooler and utilize non-absorbent material to clean out meat blood.
