Inspector Notes: Observed heavy build of food debris inside and outside microwave and on shelf where microwave is stored. Observed mold like matter between gaskets of reach in coolers as well as build up grease and debris on equipment (refrigerators, crocks, microwave, bins used to store rice and sugar, small order printer). Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC advised to clean and maintain equipment.

The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control and 4. Eliminating harborage conditions. PIC advised to have pest control treatment conducted by licensed pest control officer and provide report by 4.21.2025.
