The Peach Cobbler Factory in Fayetteville receives a 56% on their recent health inspection

The Peach Cobbler Factory, located at 100 Banks XING in Fayetteville, received a score of 56 points out of a possible 100 points during their 12/18/2025 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Additional remarks:
Due to the facility receiving an unsatisfactory score, the facility shall receive a follow up inspection within the next 10 business days. The department requests that a risk control plan be conducted to discuss long term compliance. Please reach out to the inspector to schedule.
The challenge study provided by the manufacturer of the cobblers states that the cobblers may be left out at room temperature for 3 days or refrigerated for 5 days. However, the facility is heating cobblers up and not actively maintaining that temperature. Documentation from the manufacturer needs to be provided stating that this is acceptable.
