WNB Factory in Fayetteville receives a 62% on their recent health inspection

WNB Factory, located at 805 S Glynn St STE 125 in Fayetteville, received a score of 62 points out of a possible 100 points during their 11/17/2025 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

Violation #1:
1-2A – pic present, demonstrates knowledge, performs duties
511-6-1.03(2)(a)-(n)(p),(q) – responsibility of pic (pf)

Inspector Notes: Observed many public health intervention and foodborne illness risk factor violations including hand sinks not being properly maintained, food stored uncovered, and food not held at the correct temperature; it is the responsibility of the person-in-charge to prevent, identify, and address violations. CA: The person-in-charge shall maintained active maangerial control over the facility and ensure staff are properly trained.

Inspector Notes: Observed that the facility was cooking chicken wings in bulk and then holding them in the fry basket until they were ordered; these chicken wings were stored below 135 F. COS. To be removed and discarded unless a time is know for when they were removed; if a time can be determined for when they were cooked, they may remain for 4 hours from when they were cooked. RCA: Spoke with the owner over the phone who states that the wings are on time as a public health control, however, the time for the wings are not being kept and a TPHC policy is not available; recommend completing the TPHC policy and following it if that is how the chicken wings are intended to be held. CA: TCS food that uses hot holding as a control for safety shall be held at 135 F or higher.

Inspector Notes: Observed accumulation of debris on floors, specifically in the walk-in’s. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.

Additional remarks:
Due to the facility receiving an unsatisfactory score, the facility shall receive a reinspection within the next 10 business days. The department requests that a risk control plan be conducted to discuss long term compliance. Contact the inspector to schedule.
