Woodstock’s The Corner Street Taco Bar Receives 69% on Public Health Inspection

The Corner Street Taco Bar, located at 514 Arnold Mill Rd Ste C, received a score of 69 points out of a possible 100 points during their 09/16/2021 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)(a)-(l)(n)(o)]
Observed no active managerial control as evidenced by violations. PIC is not performing the duties. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2]
Observed staff drinking water from open cups. Must always drink from closed cups with a straw. COS by discarding. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)]
Observed no water coming through the hand sink or 3 compartment sink. The tank has no water. PIC filled the tank oniste. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)]
Observed several containers of the food not covered.- base of operation. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)]
Observed several TCS foods not cold held below 41 degrees at the base of operation. New Violation.

Observed cooked rice not hot held above 135 degrees at the base of operation. New Violation.

Observed chicken being thawed at room temperature at the base of operation. New Violation.

Observed staff not wearing hair nets at the base of operation. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)]
Must post a copy of the inspection report and permit and ServSafe certificate on the truck. Must also keep a copy of the base of operation inspection on the truck. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(m)]
Observed the windows and doors of the truck left open. Must keep the doors and windows closed to keep off the flies/ insects. The windows can be left open if the screen door is closed without any gaps of if the fan is turned on. COS by closing the windows and doors. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
