[NARRATIVE #1 on June 11, 2025]
On 06/11/2025 at approximately 2331 hours, I, Officer McGilton, responded to an accident that occurred at East Lake Parkway and Highway 155 north, McDonough, Henry County, GA 30253.
Prior of my arrival, I was advised the caller was at [1200 BLOCK] Polk Crossing, McDonough, Henry County, GA 30252.
On arrival I made contact with the caller identified as [VICTIM #1] ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1978). Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he was in an accident on East Lake Parkway and Highway 155 north. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he was in the right turning lane on East Lake Parkway turning right onto Highway 155 north. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the right turning lane was only one lane.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said an older model tan colored Buick Lesabre was behind him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the Buick drove on the right side of him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the Buick cut in front of him striking his Ford Transit van [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at the front right. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he had to swerve to the left in attempt to avoid a collision with the Buick. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said it was too late because the Buick was driving too fast around him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the Buick had damage at the left center. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the Buick stopped and he made contact with a white female, possibly late thirty’s with red hair. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he told the female he had to call the police to file an accident report.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the female told him she was in a rush to get her children from a daycare. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the female got in her Buick and left the scene traveling south on Highway 155 north from East Lake Parkway. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he called 911 but hung up because he wanted to capture video footage of the Buick driving off. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he was unable to capture the Buick’s tag number because it was too far ahead of him.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said the accident occurred on 06/11/2025 at approximately 0458 hours according to the time of the 911 call. Mr. [VICTIM #1] did show me he attempted contact with 911. Mr. [VICTIM #1] did provide me video footage of the Buick driving in front of him. According to the footage the vehicle was a tan in color Buick Lesabre. The Buick was a few vehicle’s in front of Mr. [VICTIM #1]. The Buick’s rear cloth ceiling was sagging a little according to the footage.
I advised Mr. [VICTIM #1] I will attempt to locate the Buick on Flock camera system. I located the Buick Lesabre [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on Flock at East Lake Parkway (east bound) and Springdale Road on 06/11/2025 at 1653 hours. According to the Flock picture of the Buick the rear ceiling cloth was sagging a little.
The provided description of the Buick by Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s video footage and Flock was exactly the same. The time of the 911 call was at approximately 1658 hours on 06/11/2025. The distance between Springdale Road and Highway 155 north on East Lake Parkway is approximately less than two miles. I searched the Buick on GCIC for any history. According to GCIC, Amanda Williamson ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1984) was pulled over for speeding on East Lake Parkway and Highway 42 north in 2022.
I showed Mr. [VICTIM #1] a picture of Ms. Williamson. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said Ms. Williamson was the person who was driving the Buick. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he was eighty percent positive it was her. Nothing further from Mr. [VICTIM #1].
According to GCIC Ms. Williamson resides at [100 BLOCK] Johnson’s Walk, Stockbridge, GA. I attempted to contact Ms. Williamson, via phone [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I had negative contact with Ms. Williamson. I attempted to make contact with Ms. Williamson at [100 BLOCK] Johnson’s Walk, Stockbridge, GA 30281. I had negative contact. I did observe the Buick in the garage that was open. The Buick did have damage to the left center. The damage was white and black scuff marks.
