On December 11, 2025 at approximately 0908 hours, I, Officer Smith 2125 responded to 135 Willow Lane McDonough, GA within Henry County in reference to Trespassing.
Loss Prevention representative [WITNESS #1] advised my dispatcher that a male was back at the location, which he had been given a criminal trespass notification before. He advised that the male was now walking out of the store and in the parking lot. [WITNESS #1] advised my dispatcher that the male was wearing all black with a white top hanging from under the jacket.
As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a subject with that exact description. I encountered the male and eventually asked for his personal information. He gave the name of Brandon Burkhalter with the date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I remembered Burkhalter from a previous incident at the same location. I ran a check and it was later revealed that Burkhalter had indeed been “criminally trespassed” from this location on February 17, 2025 (2025-00003879).
Burkhalter was eventually advised that he was being arrested for Trespassing. He was handcuffed to the rear; they were checked for fit and double locked. He was then searched and eventually placed in the rear of my patrol unit. Burkhalter was given a citation for Disorderly conduct trespassing (citation 198869). He was transported to Henry County jail without incident. He was released to their custody. A rear seat check was logged with my dispatcher afterwards.
I returned back to 135 Willow Lane and spoke with [WITNESS #1]. He provided a statement form. This case will be closed.
[End of Narrative]
