On Sunday, March 22nd, 2026, at 02:07AM, I was dispatched to the Executive Inn located at 4854 Bill Gardner Parkway in reference to a woman screaming in the parking lot and banging on customers doors.
Upon my arrival I made contact with the female in the parking lot identified as Danica Griswold. Earlier in the evening at 12:57AM, Danica had been involved in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend in the Executive Inn parking lot. At her request I gave Danica a courtesy ride to the Scottish Inn. Danica advised that she knew people there and was going to get away from her boyfriend.
I asked Danica why she returned to the Executive Inn. She stated that she was waiting for a ride. I asked Danica why she could not wait at the Scottish Inn where I dropped her off earlier. She stated that the person giving her a ride was banned from the Scottish Inn. I advised Danica that there were numerous other places between the Scottish Inn and the Executive Inn where she could have waited for a ride.
I then spoke with the complainant, [WITNESS #1] (the night clerk at the Executive Inn). Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that Danica returned to the property and started banging on doors and screaming in the parking lot causing a disturbance for guests.
I advised Danica that she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, subsection S. for creating loud noises which disrupts or disturbs the peace and tranquility of the public.
I placed Danica in handcuffs to the rear of her body. I checked the handcuffs for proper fit and double locked them. I then placed her in the rear of my patrol vehicle and seat belted her in for her safety.
I transported Danica to the Henry County Jail. I provided her with a copy of her citation and turned her over to jail staff without any further incidents.
