[NARRATIVE #3 on November 29, 2025]

On Saturday, November 29, 2025 at approximately 0846 hours I, Ofc. A Mirville 2141, responded to [80 BLOCK] Church st., McDonough, Ga. 30253 in reference to a person shot.

Upon my arrival I was flagged down from several individuals involved, but quickly made my way to one of the victim’s, Ms. [VICTIM #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Once I ensured that Ms. [VICTIM #1] was conscience and breathing, I began to make contact with everyone else, to include the suspects: Mr. Demontae Webb [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and his brother, Mr. Ja’tavion Webb [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Immediately when I arrived on Church St. I was flagged down by multiple individuals surrounding a red sedan (victim vehicle/ 2015 red Kia Optima/ Ga. [REDACTED]) yelling and pointing. After I came to a safe and complete stop I exited my patrol vehicle and was directed to the gunshot victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1], who was sitting on the ground on the passenger side of the vehicle. I ensured she was still breathing and conscious, then began to try and make the scene safe by finding the threat. As I began scanning the surroundings the suspects/brothers, Demontae and Ja’tavion, began to exit the residence yelling. I drew my firearm due to someone being shot and the individuals outside advising the shooter is Demontae.

Once I realized that Demontae and Ja’tavion did not have a firearm in their hand, I advised them that they were going to be detained while simoulanteously holstering my firearm. Demontae remained hysterical and yelling while Ja’tavion complied while trying to calm his brother down.

I was able to place Ja’Tavion and Demontae in handcuffs, frisked them, and then sat them down on their patio as multiple officers began to arrive on scene. Once my back-up units arrived to the scene I began to assess the situation in more detail, and separate each person into a different patrol vehicles while the investigation continues. Myself and other officers then did a safety sweep of the residence to ensure nobody else was injured or armed in the home. After, we exited the home and secured the house for CSI and CID.

Next, Ofc. C Parrott 2135 approached me stating that he recovered a substantial amount of marijuana in two plastic clear bags on Ja’tavion. Later it was determined that Ja’tavion was in possession of 26 grams of marijuana, which was submitted to property and evidence for destruction.

Once the crime scene log was started, CID and CSI were contacted, and the scene was secured and safe, I began to conduct my investigation. Several shell casings were found outside near the victims vehicle driver side. I also observed a bullet hole in the roof on the driver side of the victims vehicle. The suspects residence had several bullet holes in the front. As I completed my safety sweep of the home, as mentioned before, I noticed a bullet case on the floor inside of the home. I also observed multiple bullet holes in the suspects vehicle (blue 2021 Kia K5 , [REDACTED]).

In addition, after the scene was secured EMS arrived and began rendering aid to Ms. [VICTIM #1]. EMS transported Ms. [VICTIM #1] to Piedmont Henry, where she was later transported to Grady Hospital for further treatment. As the investigation continued the hospital was contacted for the status of Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Her doctor advised that she was in a stable condition, but was given and intubation due to her injuries. The doctor also advised that Ms. [VICTIM #1] suffer multiple gunshot wounds to her face, neck, and back, as well as a bullet was lodged in her arm.

The first person I spoke with was [VICTIM #4] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #4] stated him, his aunt [VICTIM #1], his mother [VICTIM #2], and his brother [VICTIM #5] went to the residence to look for his sister/victim, Ms. [VICTIM #3] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #4] stated that his mom received a phone call from [VICTIM #3] where she heard a gun getting cocked in the background, as Demontae and [VICTIM #3] were arguing.

[VICTIM #4] advised that [VICTIM #3] told them she’d be at Richard Craig park just before hanging up the phone. [VICTIM #4] stated that they drove to the park to pick up [VICTIM #3] and her baby, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #4] advised that he did not see them at the park so they drove to the residence she lived at with Demontae.

Once they arrived [VICTIM #4] advised [VICTIM #1] exited the vehicle from the passenger side and began inquiring to Demontae from the side of the vehicle where [VICTIM #3] and the baby were. [VICTIM #4] stated that they began to yell towards each other until Demontae noticed him and his brother [VICTIM #5] in the vehicle.

[VICTIM #4] stated Demontae went back into the house retrieve a Gen 5 black Glock 19 pistol, went to the doorway of the residence and began firing his gun at his vehicle. [VICTIM #4] stated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] was shot by Demontae, which is when [VICTIM #5] picked up a black Glock pistol and returned fire in self-defense. Once the gunfight settled [VICTIM #4] and his family contacted law enforcement.

Next, I spoke with [VICTIM #5]. [VICTIM #5] stated his mom [VICTIM #2] woke him up around 0800 hours this morning telling him that is sister, [VICTIM #3], and her boyfriend/baby-daddy, Demontae, were arguing. [VICTIM #5] also stated that his mother told him that Demontae was talking about killing [VICTIM #3], so he drove [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle to the park and to [80 BLOCK] Church st. to pick [VICTIM #3] up. [VICTIM #5] stated he could still overhear Demontae on the phone saying, “he was going to shoot me if I drove to get my sister.” [VICTIM #5] advise that while he was driving to the residence to get his sister, his older sister (unknown name and DOB) advised that Demontae pulled a gun on [VICTIM #3] which is why she was outside.

Then, [VICTIM #5] continued and advised that they drove to Richard Craig Park but couldn’t find [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #5] stated they drove to her address on Church St., whereas Ms. [VICTIM #1] exited the vehicle to ask Demontae where [VICTIM #3] and their child was. [VICTIM #5] yelled that he didn’t know then began to mumble something’s as he began to notice [VICTIM #5] and [VICTIM #4] in the vehicle.

[VICTIM #5] advised that Demontae went back into the residence, recovered a firearm and began shooting at them. [VICTIM #5] advised that he returned fire with his mother’s pistol that was in the car until Demontae and Ja’tavion went into the residence and shut the door. It was at this time that [VICTIM #5] saw his aunt on the ground after being shot. [VICTIM #5] stated he called 911, and couldn’t remember much after that.

After speaking with both brothers, CSI Wilson arrived on scene. I gave him all the information that I had at the time as he began to take pictures and collect evidence.

Next, I made contact with [VICTIM #2] to get her statement or recollection of the incident. [VICTIM #2] stated her, her sister [VICTIM #1], and her two sons arrived to the residence to pick up [VICTIM #3] and her grandchild, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #2] advised that her son’s, Demontae, and Ja’tavion exchanged words with one another when Demontae and Ja’tavion began shooting at them. [VICTIM #2] stated she dropped to the ground and when the shooting stopped and she got back up she noticed that [VICTIM #1] was still on the ground so she called 911. [VICTIM #2] stated while on the phone with the dispatchers she checked on [VICTIM #1] and noticed she had been shot.

Once I collected a statement from [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #3] arrived on scene with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #3] stated the incident began much earlier in the day as a domestic disturbance. [VICTIM #3] advised that Demontae went through her cellphone and discovered she was in communication with other men. [VICTIM #3] indicated that Demontae became extremely upset and violent then destroyed her Apple IPad and IPhone. [VICTIM #3] also advised that Demontae struck her in the face, briefly knocking her out. [VICTIM #3] stated once she came-to she could hear Demontae cocking a gun as she is talking with her mother, and just before she took her son and fled the residence.

After I received everyone’s statement CID Investigator Rodriguez arrived to the scene and took over. I transported [VICTIM #5] and [VICTIM #4] to the police headquarters; located at 50 Lawrenceville St., McDonough, Ga., 30253 to do a Gun Shot Residue kit with CSI then released them, while Demontae and Ja’tavion remained in custody in separate interview rooms.
