[NARRATIVE #1 on November 17, 2025]
On November 17, 2025, Officer Hosley and Officer Hall responded to Shoal Creek Manor 500 Dewy Rose Ln in reference to a Disturbance.
Upon my arrival I, Officer Hosley made contact with [WITNESS #1] who stated she heard a commotion outside. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated when she went outside to see what the commotion was she observed Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Desmond Lewis fighting. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated during the incident Mr. [VICTIM #1] fell to the ground and became unconscious. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised she was not exactly sure what was happening and that she only saw both parties swinging their arms at each other.
Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated after Mr. [VICTIM #1] regained consciousness he ran towards her for help. I made contact with the Victim, Mr. [VICTIM #1], who stated he did not recall anything that happened during this incident. Mr. [VICTIM #1] sustained serious injuries to his face and eye. Mr. [VICTIM #1] injuries consisted of swollen eyes and two large lacerations on his forehead.
I spoke with the victim and witness myself while Officer Hall was canvassing the area for any evidence or weapon. Officer Hall observed a door open with blood on it. We observed blood throughout the maintance closet. I observed a large pool of blood near a couple of pink freon tanks. I also observed blood splatter on the wall and floor leading to outside the room. This maintance closet appeared to be where the initial attack started. Blood was observed throughout various areas of the room.
It was initially thought that a weapon, other than hands, was used to assault Mr. [VICTIM #1] based on his injuries, but after investigating the scene and speaking to Mr. Lewis, it does not appear that was the case. It is believed that during the altercation, Mr. [VICTIM #1] fell against one of the freon tanks, causing at least one of the injuries to his forehead.
After further investigation, Mr. Lewis was place under arrest for the assault on Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Officer Hall read Mr. Lewis the Miranda warning and Mr. Lewis did not want to make a statement. Upon arriving at the Henry County Jail Mr. Lewis suddenly made spontaneous utterances on details of why he attacked Mr. [VICTIM #1].
Mr. Lewis stated the reason why he attacked Mr. [VICTIM #1] was because he believed Mr. [VICTIM #1] is not a human being and that Mr. [VICTIM #1] is here to take over the world. I asked Mr. Lewis what he used to attack Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. Lewis advised he used his hands/fist during the attack. Mr. Lewis also stated he was under the impression that Mr. [VICTIM #1] was here to kill him. Mr. Lewis stated Mr. [VICTIM #1] should have died due to the injuries he cause to his face.
Mr. Lewis was transported to the Henry County Jail and charged with Aggravated Assault (OCGA 16-5-21) and Aggravated Battery (OCGA 16-5-24).
Mr. Lewis’ hoodie was confiscated as evidence and entered into evidence locker 6. All photos and other media related to this incident were uploaded to Axon Evidence.

[NARRATIVE #2 on November 21, 2025]
On November 21, 2025, at approximately 1413 hours, I spoke with [WITNESS #2] (mother of the victim) at the Locust Grove Police Department as well as the victim himself. [WITNESS #2] is assisting her son as he is having memory trouble after the incident.
The victim advised he was unable to locate his cell phone after being brought to the hospital. When I asked for the description of the phone, he described the cell phone the offender led law enforcement to believe was his. At the time of his arrest, the offender had asked me to take his phone from his right hand as he was being placed into handcuffs by Ofc. Hosley. Assuming it was his, I did so and then kept it with us to bring to the jail for him.
I made contact with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office who advised they would refuse to turn over the phone unless we provided a search warrant. After speaking to Capt. Morris in regards to this search warrant, he advised to list the phone as stolen on GCIC once/if I can obtain the serial number and once I have done so, we will have the Sheriff’s Office turn over the phone due to it being stolen property.
Another supplemental will update this report containing the phone and it’s identifying information once [WITNESS #2] can get the serial number for it. A warrant for Theft by Taking is also pending against the offender should I get the phone’s information.

[NARRATIVE #3 on November 23, 2025]
On November 23, 2025, at approximately 1305 hours, I made contact with the victim on this case in reference to his stolen cell phone and lost chain.
[VICTIM #1] advised his cell phone is a Samsung Galaxy S25, with an IMEI number of [REDACTED]. This phone is currently in the possession of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, logged as property of the offender. The offender passed it off as his phone at the time of arrest and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office is now refusing to turn the phone back over without a search warrant. The phone will be listed on GCIC as stolen and an attempt to recover said stolen property will be made once the entry is on GCIC.
The victim also stated he no longer has possession of his chain. After he provided me with a description of it, I realized it was observed on the floor of the crime scene at the time of the investigation. Following the completion of the investigation on scene, the crime scene was left as is. The victim now advised he doesn’t know where his chain is. At this time, there is no reason to believe the chain was stolen, but the victim wanted it included in this report for insurance purposes.
A warrant for Theft by Taking (OCGA 16-8-2) will be applied for against the offender in reference to the cell phone.

[NARRATIVE #4 on November 23, 2025]
On November 23, 2025, at approximately 1555 hours, I spoke with at least two unidentified deputies of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in reference to recovering the victim’s cell phone. They both advised I would need a search warrant to retrieve it, but after explaining to them I have an active stolen listing on GCIC, a report, and other identifying information that the phone belongs to the victim, they said I would be able to retrieve it after providing all of my identifying information as a police officer and signing a property receipt. They told me to ask for a Lieutenant upon my arrival.
Once there, I made contact with a Lieutenant who had no knowledge of why I was there. I explained the situation and she told me I would need a search warrant. I then explained the same information to her and she advised I would still need a search warrant because the offender is allowed to deny the release of anything in his property despite my explaining the cell phone is not his and is stolen.
Further updates to this report will be made as they become available.
