On March 9, 2026 I was dispatched to 3640 GA-42 Locust Grove Police department in reference to a vehicle being followed.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1], regarding the incident. [VICTIM #1] stated he was traveling to pick up his son on Woodridge Drive in Locust Grove when he accidentally ran over a cat with his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated he continued driving because it was an accident and he was unsure if the cat was a stray.

[VICTIM #1] stated that after he continued down the roadway, two black trucks approached his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated he stopped and observed an unknown white male approach his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated the male asked him about the cat, and [VICTIM #1] replied that it was an accident and “it’s only a cat.” [VICTIM #1] stated the male became irritated by his responses.

[VICTIM #1] further stated his vehicle was blocked in by the two trucks. [VICTIM #1] stated that due to fearing for his safety, he drove away while the male was standing beside his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that when he pulled away, the male punched his driver’s side window with his fist, which caused it to crack. [VICTIM #1] also stated the two trucks continued to follow him around the city.

I then followed [VICTIM #1] to [300 BLOCK] Woodridge Drive in an attempt to speak with the other involved parties.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Jacob Allamon. Allamon stated [VICTIM #1] was driving at excessive speeds while children were present in the roadway and ran over a cat. Allamon stated he confronted [VICTIM #1] about the incident and that [VICTIM #1] appeared nonchalant about what had occurred.

Allamon stated that as tensions escalated, [VICTIM #1] thought he tried to strike him with his vehicle. Allamon stated he reacted in self-defense by punching [VICTIM #1]’s driver’s side window. Jacob Allamon was charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct A-9.04.010, and B-9.04.010. He was then transported to the Henry County Jail for booking.
