On March 28, 2026, at approximately 1820 hours, multiple subjects can be seen near the [REDACTED] building of the trees of Avalon apartment complex, [2900 BLOCK] Trees of Avalon parkway McDonough, Henry County, Georgia.

The subjects, along with the accused, are seen carrying firearms while walking towards the building. Another subject is standing on the other end of the [REDACTED] building when he shoots a pistol towards the accused and other accomplices while they were walking towards him. The accused and other subjects begin firing back at him numerous times striking multiple vehicles and the apartment building. After shooting several rounds the accused and the subjects fled the area and circled back to the [REDACTED] building. The subjects are seen on multiple Ring Doorbell cameras running in the breezeway carrying the firearms. The subjects retreated back to Apartment [REDACTED] where they locked themselves in and refused to come out.

A search warrant was completed for Apartment [REDACTED] and was executed by Henry County P.D. SWAT team. The accused with two other subjects were taken into custody along with a female subject. While conducting the search warrant for the apartment a black in color Micro Drako 7.62, an AR style rifle along with a rifle barrel was all found inside of the apartment. An under-armor jacket was found in the apartment which one of the subjects was wearing in the ring doorbell camera footage. A Nike jacket was found inside of the apartment which one of the subjects was wearing and multiple ski mask were found inside of the apartment which multiple subjects were wearing during the incident.
