On November 29th, 2025, at approximately 9:36 pm, I, Officer Eutsey, responded to 1030 Regency Plaza Blvd (Dollar General), which is in the city limits of McDonough (Henry County), GA, in reference to a disturbance call.

Upon arrival, I spoke to store associate Ms. [VICTIM #1], she stated that the suspect, Ms. Kristen Williams, came into the store and attempted to steal a bottle of wine by concealing it in her winter coat. When Ms. [VICTIM #1] confronted Ms. Williams, she lunged at her and threw punches. Ms. [VICTIM #1] defended herself and retrieved the wine bottle. Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s co-worker, Ms. [WITNESS #1], witnessed the entire incident and called 911.

Ms. Williams left the scene when I arrived, but I located her at 105 Regency Park Dr (Peachtree Spie Rehab). She was detained and was transported back to Dollar General. Ms. Williams sustained cuts and had a knot on the right side of her forehead from the physical altercation with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. I noticed no visible injuries on Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. Williams stated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] hit her in the head with a wine bottle. Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that it did not happen. Ms. Williams received medical attention from Rescue 51, but she declined to be transported to the hospital. The store’s video surveillance was unavailable because the store manager was not present. Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that they do not want to press charges against Ms. Williams for shoplifting or simple battery against Ms. [VICTIM #1]. They want her criminally trespassed.

Ms. Williams stated that her name was Angel Sanchez, date of birth [REDACTED BY AGENCY] That name ran through all 50 states, but her name was located on GCIC. Ms. Williams was handcuffed, which were double-locked, and she was transported to Henry County Jail. She was turned over to the jail staff without incident. While at the jail, she provided her Social Security number and was identified as Kristen Williams, with a date of birth of 1[REDACTED BY AGENCY] She was charged with obstruction false name, and date of birth. A picture of Ms. Williams was taken, and a backseat check was logged.
