On November 30th, 2025, at 10:17 am, I responded to a disturbance at [2000 BLOCK] Theberton Trail.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that her ex-boyfriend, with whom she still lives with, is Ronnie Brown. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was trying to go to church, and Brown took her car keys, and he would not give it back to her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she drives a silver 2017 Infiniti QX60. [VICTIM #1] stated that the Infiniti was her main source of transportation and that she had four kids.
I ran the license plate of [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle through GCIC/NCIC, and it returned that the vehicle was registered to Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. Brown. I advised Mrs. [VICTIM #1], since Mr. Brown was the registered owner as well, that this was a civil issue and that we would not be able to assist her in this matter. I advised [VICTIM #1] that if she needed us for anything else, she could give us a call.
At 12:03 PM, I was dispatched back to [2000 BLOCK] Theberton Trail. Upon initial contact, Mr. Brown who was loudly expressing frustration about a vehicle payment issue. Mr. Brown stated, “This truck is 81 days past due, and she hasn’t made a payment.” Mr. Brown continued to use profane language and directed his comments towards the locksmith, who was assisting [VICTIM #1] with making her another key. As I exited my patrol car, Mr. Brown stated, “You can step your b*tch a*s out of the car all you want to, I don’t give a f*ck p*ssy a*s n*gga. Ain’t sh*t you can say to me.” Mr. Brown appeared agitated and continued to yell, drawing the attention of nearby residents.
The locksmith did not respond verbally during this exchange but remained present at the scene, attempting to finish the task at hand. Mr. Brown continued to escalate the situation, stating, “Y’all can’t stop me from talking. Y’all got me f*cked up.” I advised Mr. Brown to stop yelling and causing a disturbance because he was disrupting the peace, and he was creating a scene.
Mr. Brown stated, “I don’t give a f*ck about you or him (my partner Officer Hunter). Mr. Brown’s behavior prompted several neighbors to step outside their homes to observe the disturbance. I noted at least four neighbors, at four different residents who were visibly present and appeared to be observing the situation. Mr. Brown stated,” Y’all can’t do sh*t because I’m just f*cking talking, it ain’t a b*tch a*s thing y’all can do to me”.
Mr. Brown’s behavior persisted despite my attempt to de-escalate the situation and advising him to be mindful of his tone and language, and actions in a public setting. Mr. Brown stated, “y’all are some real police ass n*ggas”.
I took a picture of Mr. Brown’s vehicle. Mr. Brown directed his attention toward me and stated, “I don’t give a f*ck about you taking a picture of my tag. What the f*ck is that gonna do?” I informed Mr. Brown of my intent to take out a warrant for disorderly conduct due to his actions and the disturbance caused. I stated, “I’m Officer Walker, with Locust Grove Police Department, and that I’m going to take out a warrant on you for disorderly conduct”. Mr. Brown responded by stating, “That’s some bullsh*t.”
The locksmith was able to complete his task, and [VICTIM #1] took possession of her vehicle, and she left the scene. Mr. Brown remained at the scene, continuing to express his frustration verbally.
On December 4th, 2025, at 12:00 PM, Mr. Brown turned himself in at the Locust Grove Police Department. I placed handcuffs on the rear, checked for proper fit, and double-locked. I placed Brown in the rear of patrol unit three, where he was transported to the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, where he was released to jail staff without incident.
I arrested Brown for disorderly conduct subsection S. Mr. Brown’s court date is on 02-17-2026 at 9 AM.
