On 11-02-25 I Officer King was dispatched to [1200 BLOCK] Labonte Parkway in reference to a dispute. This incident location occurred within the city limits of McDonough (Henry County) Georgia. This case has been documented and closed by an arrest.
Upon my arrival Officer Eutsey #2148 made contact with the caller Ms. Shaquita Fitzpatrick (suspect) who advised that her friends were keeping her hostage because she could not find her keys.
I made contact with Ms. [WITNESS #1] and Mr. [WITNESS #2] (friends) who advised that they were having a gathering/party at the residence listed above. Both subjects advised that they had been drinking, including Ms. Fitzpatrick. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that once the party was finished everyone went home, and Ms. Fitzpatrick could not find her keys. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that she received a phone call from her cousin stating that she accidentally picked up an extra set of car keys, and that she was back in route to the location to drop the keys off.
Ms. [WITNESS #1] related the message to Ms. Fitzpatrick that someone will be bringing her car keys back. Ms. [WITNESS #1] felt that Ms. Fitzpatrick was to impaired to drive, therefore she suggested that she stay at the residence listed above until she sobered up. Ms. Fitzpatrick did not agree with that decision, and began spiraling out.
Ms. Fitzpatrick stepped outside of the residence while myself and Officer Eutsey #2148 was speaking with both subject. Ms. Fitzpatrick began screaming very loud outside, and cursing. I stepped outside of the residence to speak with Ms. Fitzpatrick to advise her to calm down, she was being to loud. Ms. Fitzpatrick began cursing, and yelling at me.
Ms. Fitzpatrick was given numerous warnings to calm down, and to lower her voice, before she was apprehended for McDonough’s city oridance. Ms. Fitzpatrick advised she did not care about that, and continued to shout, and scream.
Ms. Fitzpatrick was advised to place her hands behind her back. Ms. Fitzpatrick was apprehended, and handcuffs were doubled locked and checked for fit. Ms. Fitzpatrick was searched and placed in the back of marked patrol unit #6.
Ms. Fitzpatrick was cited for McDonough’s city ordinance loud noise, and public intoxication. Ms. Fitzpatrick was transported to Henry County Jail, and handed over to Henry County Jail personnel.
A back seat check was logged through dispatch.
