[NARRATIVE #1 on March 27, 2026]
On Friday, March 27, 2026, at approximately 1748 hours, I, Ofc. A. Compton 2152, along with Ofc. A. Sammons 2140, were dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Dr, McDonough, GA 30252 in reference to a bad child complaint. When we arrived, we were met by the suspect/caller, Taylor Conwell [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
After making contact with Ms. Conwell, she became hysterical, saying that we were no longer needed and that she had nothing to say. Myself and Ofc. Sammons then explained to her that we would still need to speak to her younger sister, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], to get her side of the story. That is when Ms. Conwell wanted to give her side of the story.
Ms. Conwell stated that she had tried to reach her younger sister by texting her and got no response. She then decided to leave the house to go find her. Once Ms. Conwell located her younger sister, she stated that when she confronted her sister about not responding to her texts, her sister became verbally aggressive and disrespectful. She claimed that after that, she tried to take her sister’s iPad, which then caused the two to fight. Ms. Conwell stated that her sister hit her with the iPad and they were actively fighting. Ms. Conwell stated that she threw her sister to the ground and placed her hands around her neck, causing her to restrain her.
As Ms. Conwell was telling the ending part of her story, the younger sister, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arrived home. I then went to speak to the younger sister. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained how she did respond back to Ms. Conwell through text and that when Ms. Conwell confronted her at the park, she was trying to embarrass her in front of her friends. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she was trying to show Ms. Conwell that she had responded to her when Ms. Conwell started bumping into her and snatching the iPad from her hands.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that at that point the two began fighting and she was slung to the ground. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that this is when Ms. Conwell got on top of her and was choking her. When Ofc. Sammons asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she felt like she could not breathe at the time, she said yes.
Myself and Ofc. Sammons then took our flashlights and pointed them at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] neck to see if there were any visible markings to substantiate [REDACTED BY AGENCY] story, and there were. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had visible scratches and cuts on her neck.
I then went to place Ms. Conwell under arrest for aggravated assault due to strangulation. Ms. Conwell was placed in handcuffs with her hands behind her back, double-locked, checked for fitment, and was transported to Henry County Jail.
Photos of the victims neck were taken by Ofc. Sammons BWC.
This case has been closed by arrest.
