On November 2nd at 1414hrs, 2025, while patrolling Bill Gardner Parkway, I observed Travis Rozier walking through the QuikTrip (4829 Bill Gardner Parkway) parking lot. Travis was observed walking up to random people and asking for money.
I previously criminally trespassed Travis from QuikTrip on 6-10-2025, reference case #2025-00007944. Travis was aware that he could not return to QuikTrip, and if he returned to the property that he would be arrested. I told Travis that you’re not supposed to be on this property, and he stated, “Can you just write me a ticket?”.
I had dispatch enter Travis’s information through GCIC/NCIC, and dispatch confirmed that Travis had an active trespass order as stated above. Travis was placed under arrest. Travis was handcuffed to the rear, checked for proper fit, and the handcuffs were double locked. Travis was placed in the rear of patrol unit three, where he was transported to the Henry County jail. Travis was released to jail staff without incident.
Travis was cited for disorderly conduct subsection (W). Subsection (W) states: any person who fails or refuses to remove himself from the private property of another when requested to do so by the owner or occupants. Travis has a court date of 02-17-[2026] at 9 AM.
