On November [26], 2025 I made a traffic stop South of Highway 42.
I was traveling south on Highway 42 when I observed a gray Honda traveling without a legible tag. I activated my lights and siren and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. When I approached the vehicle, it did have a tag that was covered with a tinted tag cover.
I ran the tag through GCIC, which returned to [REDACTED], out of Bibb County with a suspended driver’s license. I made contact with the driver and advised her that the tag cover was too dark. The driver was not the registered owner of the vehicle. I asked the driver for her license, and she stated she did not have it on her person. She provided a name and date of birth that I suspected to be false. I requested Sergeant Shumate respond with the fingerprint reader.
Once Sergeant Shumate arrived, the female later identified as ,Zakiyyah Fort, admitted to giving false names and a false date of birth. Fort stated she did not have a valid driver’s license and believed she would be incarcerated for the offense. Fort was placed in handcuffs for Disorderly Conduct (providing false identifying information), Driving While Unlicensed, and Obscuring a License Plate.
All written and verbal statements was captured by AXON.
