On 06/30/2026 at approximately 0230 hrs, I, Deputy Murphy and Cpl Davis were dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Pioneer Trail for a Verbal Domestic.

Prior to arriving on scene dispatch advised deputies that Abelino was cursing at the call taker but did not state what he had said at that time. Deputies were told that Abelino was mad because he was unsatisfied with deputies’ response time.

Once on scene I made contact with Abelino Plancarte (W/F [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/2002), who at the time was in the garage with his girlfriend [WITNESS #1] (W/F [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/2002). They were sitting in a gray in color Toyota Camry that was backed into the garage. Before I was able to speak to either individual, Abelino told [WITNESS #1] not to speak and to go inside of the residence in which she did. As I attempted to speak to Abelino he went on a rant about deputies being at the residence uninvited, however he was the individual found to have called 911 and was on the phone with dispatch as we arrived on scene.

As I was on scene there was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Abelino, he could not stand straight up at times and could not provide me simple information. He was asked multiple times by deputies to explain what had occurred, but he did not. He only advised deputies we were unwanted at the residence and began yelling and cursing as he recorded with his phone.

As I continued attempting to get information from Abelino, deputies made contact with [WITNESS #1] separately at the front door of the residence.

[WITNESS #1] advised deputies that she had a simple disagreement with Abelino because he was very intoxicated and he could not understand what she was trying to explain to him. She stated to deputies that nothing was physical and was even willing to provide deputies with proof of no bruising on her body at that time. [WITNESS #1] told deputies that Abelino had called 911 due to the unknown disagreement.

Once it was determined that no one was hurt and no crime had been committed deputies explained furthermore the reason, we were at the residence. But Abelino was so intoxicated it is unclear if he understood what deputies were saying.

As deputies were departing the scene in their patrol vehicles, Abelino waved for deputies’ attention and contact with him was made again.

Abelino began to tell deputies that once we left, he began to receive harassing phone calls; however, deputies were just speaking with him approximately 2 minutes ago. While on scene Abelino began pacing back and forth in the front yard of the residence while yelling and cursing at deputies. At that time [WITNESS #1] made attempts to escort Abelino inside of the residence, but he did not go inside only continued to curse at deputies because he felt as if we were trespassing and harassing him.

Deputies then departed the scene again and [WITNESS #1] was advised to contact the Houston County Sheriffs Office if anything further happens.

Approximately 10 minutes later, deputies were dispatched back to the residence because Abelino had called stating that he was harassed.

While enroute deputies were advised of the active phone call that was taking place with Abelino. Dispatched advised deputies that Abelino was cursing at them stating that they were b*tch a*s n*ggas and that deputies could f*ck off. Once deputies arrived on scene, we were still receiving information that Abelino was on the phone with dispatch ranting and cursing at the dispatch call taker.

Contact with Abelino was made again and he was asked to provide Sgt Archie with information in regard to being harassed by previous once deputies. While speaking to Sgt Archie he accused previous on scene deputies of violating his rights, unlawfully being on the property and accusing him of doing something unlawful. At that time Abelino was still showing signs of being highly intoxicated.

Abelino was then arrested for Unlawful Conduct During a 911 Call (O.C.G.A. 16-11-39.2) transported and released to the Houston County Detention Center.

I will obtain a warrant on Abelino on the next available date.

A CD will be attached to this incident as evidence from the phone call taken from the dispatch center.
