On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at approximately 1055 hours, I, Corporal Dixon with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and assigned to Win Academy as a School Resource Officer was monitoring the cafeteria on lunch duty when I observed two students engage into a violent verbal confrontation.
Information:
The students were identified as Alberto Lockett (17 yoa) and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (16 yoa). During lunch, myself and several staff members had to quickly intervened and separate Alberto and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who had just engaged into a violet verbal confrontation. Alberto and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were seated one table away from each other, and were both observed yelling and using profanity towards one another.
During the confrontation, Alberto stood up from his seat, which caused even more of a disturbance to the school, and continued to exchange words with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The two of them were quickly separated before a fight could initiate.
Once separated, I gathered information from both students and later discovered that Alberto was 17 years of age.
Conclusion:
Based on the evidence discovered on scene, I find Alberto Lockett and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to both have committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct when they each placed other student’s safety here at Win Academy in danger from their threatening actions and disruptive behavior.
I also find Alberto Lockett and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to have committed the offense of Disrupting a Public School when they each knowingly disrupted the public school environment by causing a disturbance in the cafeteria.
Due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] being a juvenile, I am requesting she be charged with Disorderly Conduct and Disrupting a Public School.
After discovering Alberto Lockett was 17 years of age, I returned back to the cafeteria where he was located and placed him under arrest. Alberto was handcuffed behind his back. The handcuffs were double-locked and checked for proper fitting. Alberto was also searched incident to arrest. No illegal weapons or contraband was found on his persons at this time. Alberto was transferred to the rear seat of my patrol vehicle where he was then transported to the Houston County Detention Center located in Perry, Georgia. There he was turned over to the jail staff for intake.
Warrants listed against Alberto Lockett for Disorderly Conduct and Disruption of a Public School will be sought with the Houston County Magistrate Court Judge on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
