On 01/20/2026 at 1544 hours, I Ofc. Cooper and Ofc. Holbrook were dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to an attempted robbery and terroristic threats. Upon arrival we made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she and Ms. Alisa Martin were at Houston County Magistrate Court at 89 Cohen Walker Dr. going to trial for a pending case between the two. She advised when the case was filed for a continuance, they were dismissed and went outside of the courthouse. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised while outside, she sat on the staircase west of the building when Martin approached [REDACTED BY AGENCY] telling her to drop the case. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her that she would not drop the case and Martin began to get angry and began using profanity toward her. Martin then tried to grab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] cellphone which was inside of her purse. She stated she fend off Martin by crouching down while she was trying to grab the cellphone and purse. While in the process of trying to grab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone Martin scratched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hands which caused visible marks on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] right hand knuckles. She advised she believes Martin attempted to take the phone due to her having information against Martin on their current case.

Ofc. Holbrook took pictures of the injuries that will be included in this report. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that Martin took her walking cane then threw it on the ground then told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that, “I’m going to come back and finish you”, which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] perceived as a threat against her life.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she made it inside of the courthouse and advised Houston County Sheriff’s Office deputies who were assigned security at this location. She advised the deputies told her to go to her residence and call 9-1-1 to make a report when she gets to her residence. Ofc. Holbrook called Lt. Zimmerman with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office to get video footage of the incident and had negative contact.

Ofc. Holbrook informed Sgt. Del Giorno of the incident.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] the case number and was advised of how to obtain a copy of this report.

I will be following up with Houston County Magistrate Court for video surveillance.
