On 6/14/2026 at 1720 hours I, Ofc. Greene, was dispatched to [REDACTED], in reference to a reported domestic.

The initial reporting party that witnessed and reported the incident of the battery occurring refused to identify themselves to 911 Dispatch or at the scene.

Upon arriving to the residence, contact was made with [VICTIM #1]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] appeared distressed and attempting to withhold tears while answering the door to law enforcement. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that she and her husband, Andrew Busbee, had been separated for six months and were going through divorce. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that although they are separated and living in different residences, they share custody of four minor children.

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that earlier on this date, Mr. Busbee drove by her place of employment to observe her conversing with a few of her male co-workers during a smoke break. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that upon Mr. Busbee arriving to her home [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mr. Busbee began arguing with her in regards to allegation of Mrs. [VICTIM #1] sleeping with her male co-workers. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that she denied the allegations during the argument as Mr. Busbee escalated the verbal altercation into a physical altercation on the front porch of her residence.

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that Mr. Busbee grabbed her by the left bicep and aggressively pushed her through the front door of the residence into the home demanding she gave him her cellphone. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she refused to comply with Mr. Busbee leading him to grab her left wrist and forcefully twist it in order to remove the phone from her grip. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that after Mr. Busbee forcefully retrieved the phone and failed to access it, he departed from the residence before the arrival of law enforcement.

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] reported fresh bruising on the underside of her left bicep that appeared consistent with the report of being forcefully gripped as well as red abrasions around her left wrist. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] denied requesting EMS treatment. Photos were taken of the reported injuries on this date. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that a past history of physical abuse existed between her and her husband, but this was the first time making a report of it. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] was advised of how to proceed forward through the court system in order to obtain appropriate protective orders against Mr. Busbee.

No video evidence of the assault was possessed or provided on this date.

Given the physical evidence of the reported injuries and the gathered testimony from all involved in the reported incident, warrants will be sought for Mr. Busbee under the charges of Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the 3Rd Degree on the next available date.

The case number was given to Mrs. [VICTIM #1] along with instructions of how to obtain a completed copy of this report.
