On 15 September 2025, at approximately 1226 hours, I responded to 111 Fox Fire Dr in Warner Robins Ga. for a welfare check.

Upon arrival I spoke with the victim, [VICTIM #1], who was outside the residence on the west side of the house, [VICTIM #1] stated her boyfriend, Anthony Andrews, was inside the residence with a firearm and had threatened to kill her and cut her head off. [VICTIM #1] stated Anthony has been living at the residence for approximately six months.

[VICTIM #1] stated at approximately 0500 hours this date Anthony came to the residence with some friends, and they got into an argument in which a computer got broken. [VICTIM #1] stated Anthony got angry about the broken computer, which intensified their argument. [VICTIM #1] stated Anthony grab her by the arms and struck her in the face with a closed fist, causing her to lose her eyesight for approximately fifteen to twenty minutes.

[VICTIM #1] stated she then went to bed and cried herself to sleep. [VICTIM #1] stated when she woke up around 1000 hours, Anthony began yelling at her and told her if she called law enforcement, he would shoot the officers and then shoot himself. [VICTIM #1] stated she was afraid to call and wanted to wait until Anthony left to call 911 so law enforcement could take him into custody away from the residence.

[VICTIM #1] stated she called her friend, [REDACTED], who then called 911 before Anthony left the residence. I observed [VICTIM #1]’s right eye was blackened and swollen and she had bruises on her forearms. When I asked [VICTIM #1] if she had any other injuries, she pulled up her sleeves to exposes bruises on her upper right arm and showed me a large bruise on her right thigh.

Deputy T. Jones and I approached the front door and observed through the glass in the closed storm door that the inside front door was open, but did not observe anyone in the house. We then attempted to make contact with Anthony at the front door of the residence, but he would not come to the door.

Corporal M. Watkins and Sgt C Stewart arrived on scene. At this time myself and Cpl Watkins relocated to the northwest corner of the residence to ensure no one exited the back of the residence. Sgt Stewart and Deputy T. Jones remained at the front door and was able to make contact with Anthony. Due to reports from [VICTIM #1] that Anthony had a firearm, Anthony was placed at gunpoint and placed into custody with no further incident. Anthony was then searched by Deputy Jones for weapons and contraband and was placed in the rear seat of Deputy Jones’ vehicle.

Myself, Sgt Stewart, and Deputy Jones then cleared the residence to ensure there were no other occupants, which none were found. Detectives with the Houston County Narcotics Division arrived on scene and obtained a search warrant for the residence reference the firearm and possible narcotics in the residence.

Upon checking Anthony in GCIC, Houston County Communications advised he had a possible warrant through Houston County, which was confirmed, for parole/probation violation regarding possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Upon speaking with Anthony, I read him the Miranda Warning, and he agreed to speak with us without an attorney present. Anthony stated he did not know why we were there and wanted to know who called us and why. I asked what happened last night between him and [VICTIM #1] and he stated nothing happened. Anthony stated he did not know how [VICTIM #1] got a black eye or the bruises on her arms.

Anthony later stated [VICTIM #1] attacked him and began grabbing and striking him. I did not observe any wounds or injuries on Anthony, and he did not complain of any injuries.

Anthony was transported to the Houston County Detention Center by Deputy Jones and turned over to booking staff.

Detectives from the Narcotics Division conducted a search of the house and located various narcotics and a Ruger SF101 .22 Caliber revolver. I remained outside with [VICTIM #1] and Cpl Watkins while Narcotics Investigators searched the residence.

Anthony was charged with Aggravated Battery Family Violence OCGA 16-5-24 due to striking [VICTIM #1] in the eye causing her to temporarily lose vision in her right eye, Terroristic Threats Family Violence OCGA 16-11-37 due to Anthony threatening to kill [VICTIM #1], Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon OCGA 16-11-131, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime OCGA 16-11-106 due to [VICTIM #1] stating Anthony was in possession of a firearm during this incident and a firearm being found in the residence.

Warrants to be taken at a later date for Aggravated Battery Family Violence and Terroristic Threats Family Violence. Narcotics Division will be taking warrants in reference to the firearm and narcotics seized.

Pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries are attached to this report.
