On 12/012025, At approximately 18:10hrs I, Deputy M. Davis, was dispatched to the address of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Way in reference to a domestic call. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1].

While talking with Mrs. [VICTIM #1], I noticed what appeared to have been red marks underneath her neck.

I asked Mrs. [VICTIM #1] what happened and she stated that her Husband, Brandon Harris, arrived home at 17:50hrs and became upset that she was putting their children in therapy.

Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that she was told to go upstairs by Brandon. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while upstairs she heard Brandon yelling and cussing towards her mother [VICTIM #1].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] added that she heard [VICTIM #1] screaming in the living room area. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] twin sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was downstairs and witnessed the incident.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that she saw Brandon grab [VICTIM #1] around her neck and slammed her to the floor kneeling over her with both hands in the position of her neck choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that [VICTIM #1] was screaming for Brandon to get off of her. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brandon left the residence occupying a maroon in color Dodge Charger with black rims.

[VICTIM #1] said that she was scared for her life and was unaware of where Brandon went after he left the residence. [VICTIM #1] mentioned that Brandon did not have any family in Houston County and that he worked out of Macon, Ga but didn’t know where. [VICTIM #1] added that the incident has not happened in the past.

I asked [VICTIM #1] twice if she needed the paramedics and she stated no. [VICTIM #1] mentioned that when Brandon grabbed her around the neck, she felt like she could not breathe. [VICTIM #1] added that she feared for her life and that she attempted to walk past Brandon, but he would not allow her to move.

I took photos of the injuries around [VICTIM #1]’s neck. [VICTIM #1] had swelling and red scratch marks around her neck and a red scratch on the top right side of her forehead. The photos of the injuries will be added at a later date.

I suggested to [VICTIM #1] that she, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stay somewhere else tonight for their safety. I stood by while she and the kids left the residence to drive to a friend’s home. Brandon’s vehicle was last seen on Flock in the area of Buc-ees on Russell Pkwy.

[VICTIM #1]’s Father [WITNESS #1], stated that he was on the phone with [REDACTED] when he heard the yelling and screaming.

Brandon Harris will be facing the charges of Battery, Aggravated Assault (strangulation), Cruelty to Children in the third degree (2 counts) and False Imprisonment. I will be seeking warrants due to the incident.
