On 12/01/2025, at 0932 hours I, Deputy Harden, of The Houston County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Arena Road/ Mossy Lake Road to an indecent exposure.

While en-route, dispatch advised me they received a call for a white male possibly mast*rbating near the roadway.

I arrived on scene, when I noticed a white male laying on the ground near the roadway, who was later identified as David Bozeman. David was laying on the ground with his p*nis visible to the public, while he committed sexual acts with him self.

I advised David he was under arrest for public indecency. He placed his hands behind his back, as I placed handcuffs on both of his wrist, and the handcuffs were checked for fit then double locked. David was searched in front of my patrol vehicle then place in the rear of my patrol vehicle.

David was transported to The Houston County Detention Center for public indecency and he was turned over to the jail.

Warrant obtained.
