On Friday 02/21/2025, I was working as SRO for Veterans High School.

INFORMATION:
An alert was sent out from a teacher who heard noises coming from a girl’s bathroom. Upon arrival, admin was there waiting on the person to leave the stall. One of the teachers in the bathroom said there is one person crawling on the floor with no clothes on. A female walked out fixing her clothes and was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. A few minutes later a male student exits the bathroom, he was identified as Deon Crutchfield.

While walking to the office it is noticed Deon sweatpants are on backwards. Both parties are brought down and separated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] writes a statement of what was going on in the bathroom. She also wrote that they had been meeting several times through out the last couple of weeks after school.

Deon writes a statement as well but gives little information just states verbally “you know what was going on” to admin. Teachers wrote statements as the school nurse to what they say in the bathroom.

Due to age of [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Houston County juvenile was called and Cpl. Taylor responded. Cpl Taylor spoke with [WITNESS #1] who is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s mother. She made a statement she wanted to pursue charges on Deon. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was released to [WITNESS #1] and told that admin would be in contact regarding school discipline. Deon’s mother, [REDACTED] was called and explained the situation. Deon was released to her and was told admin would be in touch on school discipline.

Statements were given to Cpl.Taylor. Case turned over to juvenile.
