On 03/14/2026, at 2213 hours, I, Deputy Krauter of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Sandy Valley Dr, in reference to a Criminal Trespass. I arrived on scene and made contact with victim #1, [VICTIM #1], victim #2, [VICTIM #1]’s girlfriend, [VICTIM #2], and the offender #1, [VICTIM #1]’s sister, Dishaunda Wooten. I interviewed [VICTIM #1] and he advised the following:
At approximately 2100 hours, he was in the process of taking his mother (name not provided) back to a relatives house in Perry. Before taking his mother to Perry, Dishaunda called him and told him she was coming over to his house to grill for his and her mother. He told her do not come over to the residence because he was not going to be there and there was no reason to be grilling late at night. While he and [VICTIM #2] took his mother to the other family members residence, Dishaunda did not listen to his wishes and showed up at the residence after being told not to come over.
Upon there return to the residence they observed a grill in the middle of the driveway and when they came to a stop, Dishaunda approached her with a grilling fork in her hand and started walking toward [VICTIM #2] in an aggressive manner, pointing the fork toward her and cursing at her telling her she needed to get right. He told me he separated both females and told Dishaunda to leave.
[VICTIM #2] was interviewed and advised the following:
She and [VICTIM #1] had taken [VICTIM #1]’s mother to another relatives house in Perry. Prior to leaving to take his mom to the other families residence house [VICTIM #1] had told Dishaunda not to come over to grill because it was late and his mother was not going to be there. Once they left Dishaunda called and told them she was at their residence.
When they returned home, Dishaunda was standing in the driveway with a grilling fork in her hand and the grill was started. When they pulled up Dishaunda began walking up to her in an aggressive manner, pointed the fork at her, and said “b*tch you better get right”. Because of Dishaunda’s actions she was placed in reasonable apprehension of receiving a violent injury.
Dishaunda was interviewed and advised the following:
She wanted to come over to see her mother and grill some food. Her brother told her there was not going to be anyone there and was going to another relative’s house and it was to late to cook. She admitted that [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] told her not to come over to the residence. She spoke to the previous owner of the residence who no longer lives there and they told her she could go over there anyway. I asked her if when [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] returned did she point the grilling fork at [VICTIM #2] she said yes but told her she better get her story right before calling the police.
Based on verbal testimony from both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] I established probable cause to arrest Dishaunda and will be seeking Criminal Arrest Warrants for the following:
- Simple Assault for placing [VICTIM #2] in reasonable fear of receiving a violent injury.
- Criminal Trespass due to after receiving notice from both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] not to come on the property she entered and remained upon the land or premise of [100 BLOCK] Sandy Valley Dr the residence of [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2].
Neither [VICTIM #1] or Dishaunda live in the same household.
Dishaunda wrists were placed in handcuffs, the handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked. She was checked for contraband/ weapons and none were found on her person.
She was secured in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the HCSO Detention Center. Upon arrival at the Detention Center, all booking paper work was completed, and she was turned over to Detention Staff.
Photographs were taken of the grilling fork and attached to the report.
